History of 7up:The glorious and refreshing drink that we know as 7-up was created by Charles Leiper Grigg. He lived in St. Louis, and in 1920 he started a business called "The Howdy Corporation". It is believed that Grigg had an inspiration about the lemon lime drink in 1929 and orriginally called "Bib-Label Lithiated Lemon-Lime Soda"... later changed to 7Up.
After the early success, he renamed his company to "The Seven Up Company" in 1936.
